Terms of Service

    1. Agreement to Terms

    By engaging Ironwood Composite ("we", "our", or "us") for windows and doors installation services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services

    We provide premium windows and doors installation services including but not limited to:

    • Composite entrance doors
    • uPVC and timber-style windows
    • Aluminium bifold and internal doors
    • Slimline aluminium windows
    • Crittall-style doors and partitions
    • Roof lanterns and skylights
    • French doors and patio doors
    • Window and door repairs

    3. Quotations

    All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if specifications change or additional work is required during installation.

    4. Payment Terms

    • A deposit is required to secure your order and begin manufacturing
    • Final balance is due upon completion of installation
    • We accept payment by Cash, Card, Bank Transfer
    • Finance options are available for qualifying customers
    • Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK law

    5. Guarantees and Warranties

    We stand behind our workmanship and offer a 10 Year Guarantee on all completed installations. This guarantee covers defects in products and workmanship but does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
    • Damage caused by third parties
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Issues arising from lack of maintenance
    • Condensation between glass panes (covered by manufacturer warranty)

    6. Insurance

    Ironwood Composite maintains comprehensive public liability insurance of £5M. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

    7. Access and Site Conditions

    The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. We may refuse to proceed if conditions are deemed unsafe. Any delay caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling.

    8. Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of signing, in accordance with consumer rights. After this period, deposits are non-refundable as products will have entered manufacturing. Custom or bespoke items may not be eligible for cancellation once ordered.

    9. Liability

    While we take every precaution to protect your property during installation, our liability is limited to the value of the contract or our insurance coverage, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

    10. Complaints

    If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days. Our complaints procedure is available upon request.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
